05-28-98Amazing how things just "pop" in your head when you least expect it.
Sitting (again) at the beach, working on the character development for the KINGPIN character when I get this crazy idea for a train wreck. A climatic scene (but not THE climax) where Bullseye & Elektra battle aboard a racing subway train which involves a derailment and a lot of water!
My big bro lives/works in Brooklyn/Manhattan so next time we chat, I'll hit him up for some basic questions about the subway line he uses---but this Fall, I'll be taking a trip up to the Big Apple (video camera in hand) to record the area I'm planning all this to happen. In the meantime, I'll just script the whole scene (in a generic sense) and then once I analyze the tapes I make, I'll be able to make the scene visually accurate.
People wanted this script to have action. This scene will hopefully appease some appetites.
